The Recovery Center

The Recovery Center at the Carle SurgiCenter is one of the first licensed Post-Surgical Recovery Centers in the country. It is one of six Post-Surgical Recovery Care Center models for the Illinois Alternative Care Delivery Act. This licensed facility features private suites for generally healthy patients that undergo surgical procedures requiring overnight nursing care, pain control or observation.

Each suite of this hotel-like facility has a mini-refrigerator, television, writing table and other amenities to create a comfortable, homelike environment for patients, including a pullout bed for a family member who may wish to stay the night.

 

 
Carle Clinic Association and Carle Foundation Hospital are separate business corporations that work together to provide quality care and services to their patients. Carle Clinic Association and Carle Foundation Hospital contract with insurance providers separately and may or may not choose to participate in all of the same insurance plans.
